Honestly, I don't know if they can sponsor you if they cannot provide the required proof they can afford it. This is a question for a lawyer or Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC). Immigroup works with RCICs and if you want to speak to one you can email us at [email protected] If...

    Employment Letter

I don't really know why you'd need the letter from the client as well, if the company was the one paying you. Is your representative a lawyer or RCIC?

Leaving Canada after applying for Sponsorship

In normal, non-pandemic times, if you travel with your partner, there is no issue. Traveling without your partner is viewed with greater suspicion. (As people have said, you want to have proof of the submitted application.) I'm not sure how the pandemic affects this. However, if the medical...

Once you renounce (or confirm it's been revoked) you have a couple of choices: immigrate like you did the last time (if you immigrated before Express Entry's existence, the process has moved online but the standards are roughly the same) get your children to sponsor you for PR whenever the next...

    Lima plus a job offer

All I can say is that everything is extraordinarily slow right now due to the pandemic. I don't have a better explanation than that. If you're currently in Canada you can call IRCC at 1-888-242-2100 to see if you can get any more information. If you can actually get through, all they're going...

    Inland vs. Outland Spousal PR

Hi, So the person being sponsored needs to have legal status in the country they are living in at the time that the application is submitted. Since it sounds like the status has expired already, and the application has not been submitted, this person needs to leave Canada and re-enter. That's...

What are the Advantages and Disadvantages of PNP for BC and Ontario?

The problem for comparison is that they use different scores. So, for example, BC's score refers to their own internal score: https://www.welcomebc.ca/Immigrate-to-B-C/B-C-Provincial-Nominee-Program/Invitations-to-Apply Ontario's is much clearer...

    Immigration through education

You're right about it being the longest route, and likely the most expensive. You can do both: you can start looking at schools and have an active Express Entry profile even while you study in Canada.

    PRTD AND PR CARD RENEWAL

Yes "Your PR card has been approved" does indeed mean there has been a decision. However, in non-pademic times, the invitation to pick up the PR Card is usually an attempt to confirm that the applicant is indeed in Canada (as you are supposed to be in Canada when you renew your PR Card).

That sounds like the right course of action to me.

Red Seal may have that information. Or these people: https://careersintrades.ca/ You need a minimum of 1 year full time work experience, not 5. Or is this specifically for skilled trades?

Wealth rather than 12 month income as alternative for sponsoring sister (only family member)?

Ah I see. I missed that somehow. You're best off coming here and then sponsoring her. She can get a super visa in the meantime. I'm not sure he can sponsor her anyway, because of your wife. That exception is supposed to be meant for people who have literally one family member left. Immigrating...

Your PR status needs to be revoked. If it has been revoked your children will need to sponsor you for PR or you can apply for a super visa. Alternatively you can attempt to immigrate the same way you did last time. If your PR status hasn't actually been revoked yet, you should apply to renounce it.

Wealth rather than 12 month income as alternative for sponsoring sister (only family member)?

Let's say your wife's uncle can sponsor his sister. What then? Your wife's mother cannot sponsor the both of you unless you are somehow her dependents.

What you can do is pick a province you're interested in and contact the electrician's professional association for that province, they will likely have job information. Have you looked at the qualifications for the Federal Skilled Trades program or just Federal Skilled Worker? (Both operate...
