Hi,
I am processing the outland sponsorship of my wife who is studying in Africa and will be in a vacation in 2 months.
I want to bring her to Canada ASAP.
My question : is it better to apply for a visa visitor and then apply for sponsor PR or the inverse is most convenient and secure ?
Does these two applications affect each other ?
