Value of a single unit

I received a "Ready for visa" email from CIC for PR. I am in process of sending passport and visa photos through UPS. Firstly, how long does it take for passport to return? Secondly, while creating shipment labels, the form asks for "Value of single unit, as packed". What value should I put here? I am not selling anything but passport has an intrinsic value to it. Is that considered? Thirdly, under "Save Product As" the form asks for "Primary Identifier, sent to customs". What goes here? Thank you.
