Hi,
I have met an immigration consultant who mapped out a path for me and my spouse to enter Canada. The path he has shown requires us to apply for a study permit for my daughter in one of the schools. Once accepted, she will study in the school while me and my wife can accompany her and find job options that would eventually sponsor a work permit for us. The consultant has asked for INR 25000 to kickoff the process and then approx CAD10K for school fees. They will even help in showing bank balance to get things moving. Looking at https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...services/study-canada/study-permit/apply.html , it seems to be a legal path and valid process.
I am not clear on what's the catch here. Can anyone comment on this? Any do's and don't's?
