I am a srilankan with my educational and work experience in India. My parents and sister are PR in canada and I am planning to do my masters in canada . My educational background , work experience and masters which i am planning to do are relevant with each and strong however i would like to know if my immediate family being in canada as pr would hinder my student visa ?if yes ,can anyone share your experience and process

Well, that is a good question. You will need to do a good job proving you are returning to India. They might be extra suspicious that you intend to stay because of your situation.

You need to show you have committments to India, such as lease/deed of where you live, job prospects, etc.
