Spouse open work permit collection

Hi, I would like to get some guidance.

My spouse work permit was approved in Singapore. Myself and my kids followed my spouse under visitor visa and we were issued with a Temporary resident visa.

My Open work permit and my kids study permit were applied in Singapore and approved in Novemeber while we were in canada.

I have called IRCC and searched the web for guide to collect my approved open work permit but to not avail. Couldnt get throuh IRCC customer service.

Can someone share some guides to my current situation..

You applied outside of Canada at the Canadian Embassy responsible for Singapore. Far as I'm aware, it's the Embassy you need to contact and I would assume you would need to leave Canada, pick up your new documents and come back to Canada.
