PNP for Offshore Applicants

Hi All,

I know that Canada is presently only looking at CEC & PNP applications. What I wanted to know was if they were giving out invites to (PNP) applicants residing outside of Canada ?

So that depends upon the PNP. Most of the streams within each PNP are focused on candidates in their province (or who used to live in their province). But some (like Manitoba) do have streams particularly focused on candidates outside. Manitoba is still sending out invitations to those people despite the pandemic: https://www.immigroup.com/manitoba-strategic-recruitment-initiative-program (see the bottom of the page for draws).

Off the top of my head, I don't know about the other PNPs.
