My divorce case is still in-progress . should i selected legally separated or separated?

Hello ,
My divorce case is still in progress in the court of law in India . Should I select legally separated or separated in the express entry profile or anywhere for that matter? Also, should I produce any legal doc for the status?

Even if i'm divorced should i get any document from the court ?

"Separated" unless you have a written separation agreement. You won't need to worry about proof of that status until you get an ITA.

You have to submit the legal document of your separation & Complete the "Service of Process"
