I cannot give you a legal opinion about this, but my personal opinion is that it's totally fake. It says "latter" instead of "letter" for one thing. (There are so many things wrong with it.) You can always contact them http://www.libertysuites.ca/contact.html to be sure

I agree with Riley. Its fake, I wonder why you didn't figure it out after just a look at it. There are way too many mistakes major ones spelling mistakes and wrong website address.
