My friend had a problem with his wife and he traveled to Scotland. His wife decided to sent him a divorce and the wifr friend introduce her to a lawyer.
She was duped by giving her just a peper not registered in court because the friend and the lawyer collected money from her and duped her she dont know nothing on how to go with divorce.

My friend decide to move. on and marry to a lady abroad but in the process of his immigration process he discovered the lawyer was fake.

After 2 years he decided to come back to his country because of his kid seriously sick and hospitalized and the lady in scotland said she cannot go with him .

Now he want to immigrate to Canada with his kids.
Pls can he also include his wife because they have settled the provlem they had betqeen each other.

I will appreciate if anyone can pls help on this .

I dont know of the friend wife and the wife but i know my friend is from Zimbabwe and the New lady is a scottish.

Then he should qualify to immigrate as a federal skilled worker through Express Entry. But bringing the kids will depend upon their custody status.
