IMM0008 Residency question

I was in US working from 2014 to 2017.

Then gap for 2 years.

Again came to US on 8 March 2019.
Went out of US for 1 week vacation in December 2019
In US currently after the vacation.
Visa ends on 4 Nov 2022.

What should be my start and end dates ?

The end date is the day you submit, if you're still living in the US. You do not need to add additional residence around your vacation. As long as you didn't move permanently, that's counted as travel, not residency. So
March 8 2019 - present and
XX-XX-2014 to XX-XX-2017

Form only has option to put one start and end date. What would be your suggestion in this case ?
