Eligibility for British citizenship

Hello

My mum (kiwi) and dad (Moroccan) lived in England from 1990 to 2001. My dad became a British citizen through naturalisation in 1994 and my mum did not. My parents are not married but had my brother in England in 1998. They then moved to New Zealand and had me.

Is there any possible way I can become a British citizen? I am hoping to study in London

You and your brother or both UK citizens. However, because you were born before 2006 you will have to register as a British Citizen first https://www.immigroup.com/register-british-citizen by proving that your father is your father. If New Zealand recognizes him as your biological father as a matter of course, this makes things easier.
