I have a valid work permit and TRV. Also, I received an AOR for my PR application (TR to PR program). I’m planning a trip to India in May, 2022.
1) If I receive my COPR while I’m in Canada, do I have to wait for my PR card in order to return back to Canada?
2) If I receive my COPR while I’m in India, can I return using the COPR and TRV? Or would I need PRTD?
Any help is really appreciated!
