Hi,
My wife and I submitted our citizenship applications via mail in 2020. We took and cleared the citizenship test last Feb. since then, there has been no update to our applications. We have emailed and called IRCC. We have spoken to a couple different agents a couple times. They said that they were escalating our cases to another department since it’s been over 25 months.
We’ve also reached out to the MP but that went nowhere.
What else can we do? This is especially frustrating because we know a few people who have submitted online a year or more after we did but have already either received their oath invites or already gotten their Canadian passports.
