Hello Forum Members,
Do anyone know the processing time for getting the Canadian Citizenship certificate and Passport for the baby born in India for the Canadian parents. The CIC website says that it is 17 months to get the Citizenship Certificate which applies for many categories which include people who lost the certificate, people who are citizen by birth but they need certificate as proof for a job requirement, baby born outside Canada for Canadian parents. But does that processing time applies for the new born as well ? Anyone in the same situation or anyone gone through similar situations please provide your feedback.
