Certificate of Entitlement to the Rght of Abode.

Hi, I just wanted to know if anyone had any experience with filling in an application for a Certificate of Entitlement to the Right of Abode for their child who was born abroad? And if they could possibly help me with filling it out.

I'm just uncertain about a few areas within the application really and was hoping someone who has been through the process could guide me.
