Canada Work Permit Extension from India

Hi,

My work permit visa(got visa with employer) is getting expired soon and not able to travel due to travel restrictions. So, is it possible to make extension from India as this is first time travel to Canada. Please suggest.

Is it possible to extend visa from India for the first time travelling to Canada? Thanks for your help!
