Can my son apply for British Citizenship

Hi, I am a British Citizen by decent. Both my parents got their British Citizenship after I was born.

My wife is not UK citizen.

Based on the above, could my 7years old son, who was born aboard, entitle for British Citizenship?

I am sorry to say I am not sure John is correct. How did you become a citizen? Did you naturalize through an oath ceremony?
