12 Years study Gap

I have 12 years gap in the study. Is there any university that accept 12 years study gap?

You will simply need to ask some universities this question. Contact more remote or smaller institutions first.

Now there is a trend that there is always time to start learning something. I am sure that many universities accept such students. So it shouldn't be a problem.

It's not a problem as long as you will explain in your GTE why you have that long gap years and what pushed you to study again.
