You can submit your open work permit through your GCkey account (https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/application/account.html) but first of all i think you need to receive your AOR before you can submit it. I hope this was useful for your case.

I submitted my OPW online on october 3, are you saying that in approximately14 days IRCC are going to give me a final answer? or what you guys mean with those 14 days.
