It might give you some more information as to the reason for the delay. However, you might have a decision on the application by the time you get the GCMS notes. You also might not get much satisfactory information from them. It won't speed up the application either way.

So the only other thing you coudl do is request to see the GCMS notes.

I have no idea. My guess would be that if you otherwise qualify for the license then you probably good because the Ministry of Transportation would not be aware of the removal order. But you should comply with the removal order or speak to a lawyer or RCIC at the very least.
