Immediate Rejection after submitting my EE profile

Hi, What does the email say?

    Express Entry

I'd say it's unlikely. https://www.immigroup.com/news/express-entrys-comprehensive-rating-system As you can see from the link, the last cutoff at 469 was in December and the last cutoff before that was in October. It may well get down there this year, but the next few months seems unlikely...

Boyfriend TRV rejected - Family ties & Purpose of visit

It's the same thing, right? The thing is the invitation letter usually helps get the TRV approved.

Boyfriend TRV rejected - Family ties & Purpose of visit

If they knew she was in the Dominican at the time of his visit that certainly would have put up red flags. The invitation letters aren't supposed to be fake, they are supposed to actually detail what's happening when the person visits. So if it seemed as though they weren't actually visiting...

    Hello Neighbors

There's no restriction on spousal sponsorship that I'm aware of. As to whether or not there is such a thing for parents/grandparents, got a link?

    Passport or PRC through parent?

Hi, We're a Canadian site and sorry to say we only focus on claiming UK citizenship through descent. You might be able to find an answer here: https://www.gov.uk/browse/visas-immigration/settle-in-the-uk

i want to move to Canada and work over there

So, theoretically, yes. What could happen is you could get a C-level job and then get a promotion (or find a better job). You still need an LMIA for the new position, though. Once you have worked in that A- or B-level job for a year you are eligible for CEC through Express Entry or for a PNP...

Got a link? That's probably accurate if you read it on their website.

    Hello Neighbors

If you are a PR and you marry, you can sponsor your spouse for permanent residence.

    PNP. NOC C

Officially the processing time is the same whether you have a nomination or not: 6 months. But this is just a very general average and my understanding is it's not very accurate.

    AIPP Question

My understanding is that he can't but we're a Toronto-based company and so I don't know a lot about the AIPP.

    Canadian engaged to American

You need to sponsor your American future spouse. How you do that depends upon the location of your spouse when you submit the application. "Inland" means they are in Canada, "outland" means they are not in Canada. Rejected inland sponsorship applications cannot be appealed, whereas outland can...

Currently living in the U.S.A. with my wife, we want to move to Canada - What are our options?

So outland is the safest, for sure. Dual intent is tough. And, as you can see by the decision, it's very much up to the discretion of the officer about whether or not they believe it. However I am not a lawyer and so I shouldn't interpret that decision. There is a risk in her traveling to...

wanting to move my family to Canada.

Can you not open a bank in another country? You should create an express entry profile to see how many points you have. If you have 470 or more, you can hope to get an ITA for the federal skilled worker program. If you have fewer, you'll have to start looking at the provincial programs.

    what should we get translated?

Anything that you must submit which is not in English or French must be translated. I would just re-validate the form.
