    Proof of funds question

You need $12,960: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/documents/proof-funds.html Your partner can temporarily transfer the money into our account, which would be one option. I don't honestly know whether or not you could provide a...

Cannot maintain RO due to Covid-19 travel ban

Any leeway on the residence requirement for citizenship would apply only to those stuck abroad because of the pandemic, I presume. (I don't know this for a fact, that it seems the most reasonable policy given the circumstances). So if you will not qualify for citizenship because you were...

    Proof of funds question

For sponsorship the funds have to be for both parties but I don't believe this is true for any Express Entry application. Can you post a link where you saw the requirement? Your partner should be irrelevant to this application.

    Self-employed program - after submission

You have two choices: ask to have your application withdrawn and re-submit or contact IRCC to see if they will let you update the file: https://secure.cic.gc.ca/enquiries-renseignements/canada-case-cas-eng.aspx?AspxAutoDetectCookieSupport=1

Increse CRS score: Apply to PGWP in canada OR wait(Long wait) to get more points from work experince ?

No, those scores are not currently high enough for an FSW application. (They are high enough for CEC if you qualified, however.) I'm a little confused. Are you currently a student in Canada? Here are our graphs on how the points have gone...

Extending open work permit, while being sponsored by my parnter.

You need to submit the sponsorship application before your status expires. So if you're got a new IEC work permit by then, you have more flexibility. If you want to apply for an open work permit for a sponsored spouse (which will take a long time to be approved) you have to submit that...

What's the job that's right for me?

If you are looking for a NOC code for Express Entry, you can try finding it here: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigration-refugees-citizenship/services/immigrate-canada/express-entry/eligibility/find-national-occupation-code.html

    Inability to prove relationship

The safe thing to do is to withdraw your application and apply again. However, you could try reaching out to the NBPNP directly to see if they can give you different advice.

    Inability to prove relationship

I honestly don't know but I assume so. The safe thing to do would be to withdraw the application and submit a new one.

    Question about inland sponsorship

There is no spousal visa. You need to marry before Feb 2021 so you can submit the sponsorship application before then. Provided you submit the sponsorship application prior to the date of your study permit's expiry you can remain in Canada. (If you and your future husband want to travel outside...

    Disapproved PRTD

Well the MM 5451-Solemn Declaration Concerning a Lost, Stolen, Destroyed, or Never-Received Permanent Resident Card is intended for people in Canada. Since you have already applied for a PRTD, they may not fall for it. (They may. It's always possible.) You need to file that appeal. They're...

    Bring family as a student

Well she can apply for a PGWP when she graduates, if she's eligible. Alternatively, she can submit an open work permit application because you're a student. The PGWP would be granted for up to as long as her own program lasted. Her spousal open work permit would be granted for as long as your...

    Transferring Program

Yes, you will still be eligible for the PGWP but it will likely be issued for only two years, as it is usually issued for how long your program was or less. If you switch programs I believe you might need a new study permit if you leave Canada. I'm not sure you need a new one if you don't leave...

    NOC MISMATCH SINP

Yes, it's alright. You should choose the NOC that best suits your position. You will just have to prove it does.

    Immigration and CRA

Do you live in Canada yet? If not, I can't see how CRA would get involved. (There would be nothing IRCC could ask CRA about.) Now, if you already live in Canada, and are on a work permit, I guess there's potential they could ask your permission to contact CRA to confirm you were paying taxes...

    Immigrating to Canada for dentists
