    Yeah, all you need is your Canadian birth certificate. So, if you can't find your copy, go here https://services.etatcivil.gouv.qc.ca/declic2/index.aspx?lang=en to get one from the Quebec government. Once you have it, you can apply for a Canadian passport through the mail.
