Canadian Death Certificate

When we receive your order we will process your request and forward it to the proper location for retrieval. You have the option of Urgent Delivery or Regular Delivery. NOTE: Person named on death certificate must be registered with their municipal government agency in order to qualify for a death certificate.

Immigroup is a private company. We are not the government. All application forms can be found for free on the relevant government websites. Applying with a private company such as Immigroup entails service fees in addition to the fees charged by the relevant government agency. Experts will review, finalize, and submit all applications.

Entitlement to Death Certificates/Certified Copies (Long Form):

• no restrictions on death certificates
• certified photostatic copies of registrations are restricted to next-of-kin and their authorized representative

Urgent Service includes the following:

• Review of your completed application, submission to the Office of the Registrar General
• Follow up and tracing of application, delivery of the completed certificate
• Processed by the Government of Ontario within 48 hours
• This time frame is only an estimate. It is NOT guaranteed.
• In all cases, your birth certificate will be sent by Express Post/Courier to you as soon as the province has completed processing.

Regular Service includes the following:

• Review of your completed application, submission to the Office of the Registrar General
• Follow up and tracing of application, delivery of the completed certificate
• Please allow at least 10-15 days for processing by the Government of Ontario.
• This time frame is only an estimate. It is NOT guaranteed.
• In all cases, your birth certificate will be sent by Express Post/Courier to you as soon as the province has completed processing.
