What is the NEXUS Pass/Card?

No lines, no passports, no hassle
The NEXUS card is a document that will allow you to swiftly cross the Canadian border.
It can be used instead of a passport for journeys by road, rail, air or sea.
The following are a few benefits of NEXUS:
- Replaces your passport for flights to and from Canada to the United States and
at land and sea ports of entry.
- Dedicated lanes & kiosks are accessible to members travelling into the United
States or Canada with a minimum of customs and immigration questioning.
- Self-service kiosks at airports make exiting faster.
- Harmonized program between Canada and the United States so applicants complete a
single application and pay one fee.
- Global Entry Benefit: As a NEXUS member, you can use the Global Entry
kiosks located at the top 20 major U.S. international airports to enter the U.S
from anywhere in the world. To use the Global Entry kiosks, you must use a valid
machine readable passport. There is no additional cost to use Global Entry, and
you may use it for the duration of your NEXUS membership.

We offer you two ways to apply for your NEXUS card:
1. Fax, email or mail us your documents
Download the ‘NEXUS KIT’ above and complete the attached ‘Nexus application
form’. Send the completed Nexus form and supporting documents to us using
e-mail, fax or courier.

On receipt of your Nexus application form, our team will review your data,
contact you to verify your information and submit it to the Government
accurately and correctly.
Please remember: if you like to receive a confirmation that Immigroup has
received your Nexus application, please include your e-mail on your Nexus
application form. We will e-mail you a receipt for our Service fee.
The next step is to wait for Immigroup to contact you with your application
review status change. If your application is conditionally approved, we will set
an appointment for an interview with the US Customs and Border Patrol Agency.
In case of approval your card will be mailed to you home address in 7 business
days to 3 weeks after the date of your interview.
22. Walk in Service
NEXUS card applicants can use the walk-in service at our Toronto office to
complete an application form or to enquire about other immigration services. Our
address is 1180 Danforth Avenue in Toronto.
Filing Your NEXUS card application form at our office
We will check whether you can qualify for a NEXUS pass/card at our office. We
will then complete your application form and provide you with copies for your
records along with important information regarding the program you are applying
for. The total time spent at our office should be approximately 1 hour. Once we
obtain notice that your application review status has changed, we will contact
you. Please note you will either be "Conditionally approved" or "Denied". If you
are conditionally approved our agents will assist you in scheduling an interview
appointment with the U.S. and Canadian Customs and Border Patrol. If you are
denied we will advise you on how to proceed after receiving your denied
notification letter.

- Proof of your citizenship (copy or original):
- Passport
- Citizenship Card
- Birth Certificate
2. Proof of Permanent Residence: PR Card
3. Driver’s License
4. Car registration documents
5. US Waiver or Canadian Pardon if you have a previous criminal record

NEXUS Regular Service: CAD $150.00 + tax
NEXUS Premium Service: CAD $250.00 + tax
Immigroup Service Discount:
We offer a 50% discount on the above service fees for all applications received
together – the first application will be charged at the full price. All other applications
will be discounted. You do not need to be family members to receive the discount.
Government Fee: USD $50 (Children do not pay a government fee for their
Nexus card.)
